When I play, and when I teach, I pay a lot of attention to music theory, composition and songwriting. I understand a lot of guitar players are interested in arpeggios, sweeps, speed etc... All these things are great but are only a small part of a virtuoso's vocabulary. I could definitely help you with these techniques, but more importantly, knowing when and how to apply all of that is something I work on with my students. Writing a song that makes sense melody, harmony and structure wise is another topic that is often overlooked and probably one of the most important ones. I also see a lot of confusion as far as how to apply modes to one's playing. It takes a lot more than a “fast shredder” to be a good guitar player. I would love to try and help you bring your playing to the next level.

Lessons From Ethan Brosh

At the moment I give guitar lessons on skype. I try to keep a fairly low amount of students to work with so I can focus on each and every one of my student's progress. My goal is to help my students become great professional guitar players. In the last few years I've been teaching guitar during the summers at the world famous Berklee College of Music, which is the school I graduated from with a degree in songwriting.
